Matsuhisa is a sushi gem in the mountains. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has transcended all ideas about Japanese cuisine in the aspen groves. The Victorian style home this restaurant occupies has a lounge/sushi bar upstairs for more a more casual experience with the main dining room inhabits the first floor. The specialty rolls and sashimi combine the freshest sushi with a southern flare. The large selection of imported sake pairs perfectly with this amazing atmosphere.

If you came to Colorado looking for a famous steak, we suggest Steak House No. 316. The restaurant inhabits a cozy Victorian replete with steak, seafood and immaculate service. To say this steakhouse sets the standard is a bit of an understatement. With prime cuts direct from the butcher shop this carnivore paradise will satiate the greatest of appetites. Every cut is seared to perfection and is accompanied by a variety of sauces. This is the steak place to try at least once in your life.

It brings the best chefs and sommeliers from around the world for a three-day festival filled with the most immersive dining experience in America. The tastings alone are worth the trip! Samples, Grand Tents, and seminars pop up around every corner of the town. You will find everything from established brands to up and comers looking to make a name for themselves.

If you have a large mix of skill levels, Snowmass is the place for you. The most versatile mountain by far. It offers everything from steep cliffs to beginner slopes. The adventurer of the crew will be just as happy as the newbie.
